Skimlinks is a content monetisation system for online web publishers (including editorial sites, community forums, bloggers, internet sites, and application creators) that specialises in in-text, contextual advertising.
The company premiered in London in 2007 by Australian co-founders Alicia Navarro and Joe Stepniewski. It includes over 80 employees, and has elevated $24 million in financing by August 2013. It offers office buildings in London and NEW YORK. On Oct 17, 2013, Skimlinks was declared as an associate of Technical City UK’s Future Fifty Program, a government program that facilitates fast-growing companies with the purpose of possibly floating in the London STOCK MARKET. In 2014, Skimlinks drove $625 million in sales for over 20,000 distributors.
